INVITATION TO LIVE-WEBINAR: "Canadian Francophonie in Your Classroom" 20.04.2021

Dear Friends of Canada,

We are honoured to invite educators, experts, and to our next webinar in our series "Canadian Francophonie in your Classroom" on April 20th, 2021 at 16:30pm.

The webinar will focus on the work of celebrated author Simon Boulerice, "Le dernier qui sort éteint la lumiere"; a novel that delicately explores the themes of youth and gender diversity.

Over the last ten years, Simon Boulerice's work has spanned from acting and directing to authoring plays, novels, and poems. His array of literary works not only establishes him as one of the most prolific young creatives of Canada, but it also has earned him multiple honours and awards.

In presence of the author, Christoph Mayer, Professor of Romance Studies, and his student and colleagues at Humboldt University will present the latest teaching material developed around this novel.

Please note this one-hour Zoom webinar will be in French. Participants will be able to ask their questions in French, German, English, and translators will facilitate.

Thank you for registering HERE or by clicking on the following link: https://www.mcluhan-salon.de

We would like to highlight our further gratitude to Simon Boulerice, The Association of French Teachers in Germany (Deutsche Vereinigung der Französischlehrerinnen und -lehrer), and The Department of Romance Studies at Humboldt University to Berlin.
